A roasted chicken is perhaps everyone's favorite Sunday, and/or holiday dinner. If you're like me, I happen to love both red and white wine with herb roasted chicken. Hence, my vino choices for roasted chicken is a nice Pinot Noir and a lovely Chardonnay to compliment the overall meal experience.

What vino would you pair with with nachos? Well, it depends. Tonight I'm pairing these homemade chicken nachos with a delicious white wine called Albariño. Traditionally, Albariño is grown in Rías Baixas, a wine region in Galicia, Spain.
